Payments: All Tours & Transfers by Van Airport Shuttle services require prepayment with a debit or credit card. Your debit or credit card will be a charge for the full amount at the time you make your reservation.

A Credit Card is required to confirm any reservation. 

The rates and fares vary depending on the locations of pick-up and drop-off. Special rates and fares apply to extraordinary locations or events. Contact a customer service representative for details. 

Cancellation Policy, We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans, so we’ve designed a policy that’s flexible for our customers and supports our drivers. Whether you made your reservation online or with our 24-hour Call Center:  All private SUV and vans MUST be canceled at least 72 hours prior to the pick-up time to receive any refund.  Passengers electing not to appear for a pick up (no show) will not receive any refund. Also, wait time, parking and tax incurred will be charged. 

The Company at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to change or cancel any scheduled trip and/or substitute a vehicle without notice or liability.  If a trip is canceled, The Company will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by a customer as a result of any change, delay or cancellation. A date change is the same as a cancellation and The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Privacy, All information obtained to make your reservation is held in strictest confidence. We do not make names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, or any other personal information available to any companies or individuals except for those that are directly involved in the delivery of the services that you have requested.
